Haunted Union brings Halloween fun to Sierra Vista.

Families looking for Halloween fun in Sierra Vista can find everything from carnival games and costume contests to a Haunted House at Cochise College’s annual Haunted Union on Friday, Oct. 23.

The community is invited to the Sierra Vista Campus, 901 N. Colombo Ave., from 5:30 to 9 p.m. for an evening of Halloween activities for children, teens and adults. Admission is free.

Haunted Union will feature a Haunted House, carnival games, activities, food and costume contests, giving families and friends plenty of ways to celebrate together.

For families with younger children, the evening will begin with a less spooky version of the Haunted House. During the first hour, the lights will stay on, and there will be no scare actors, allowing younger guests to explore at their own pace.

As the evening continues, the lights will go down, the scarers will come out, and the Haunted House will transform into a more traditional Halloween experience.

The event is also an opportunity for Cochise College student clubs to connect with the community. Student clubs will operate carnival booths and activities throughout the evening.

Carnival activity tickets are 50 cents each, with proceeds supporting student club projects and activities throughout the academic year.
