Student Support Quarterly Reports
CARES Act
The CARES Act grant is pertaining to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) that was signed into law on March 27, 2020. Included within the relief package, Emergency Financial Aid Grants have been made available to college and university students across the nation. Cochise College has distributed all of the Student Emergency Grant Funds and has used the HEERF Institutional Funds for COVID-19 expenses including added cleaning and disinfecting supplies, faculty and staff training, reconfiguration of facilities to promote social distancing, etc.
