Schedule of Classes
The class schedule lists all of the for-credit classes the college offers with their
times and locations. Use the search schedules links to customize your search.
Students with fewer than 15 credits must meet with an advisor prior to registering
for classes.
- An asterisk to the right of the section number in the class listings indicates a lab fee (Example: BIO 100 30*).
- The Campus-Room column lists the campus, building and room where a face-to-face class will be held. A chart describing the campus codes is listed at the top of the schedule page.

Class Schedule Legend & Glossary of Terms
Terms:
CRN - An acronym used to reference and identify individual sections related to specific
instructional methods, times & locations. Click on the link for a detailed description.
Credit - Unit of instruction. Classes range from 1 credit up to 6 or more. A one-credit course
meets about 14 hours during the semester, and a three-credit course meets about 42
hours. Courses with a lab component meet an additional 2 to 3 hours per credit hour.
More credit hours mean a greater workload.

Important Course Information
Cochise College uses Moodle and Zoom to deliver coursework. Moodle is the Learning Management System (LMS). Zoom is used as the web conferencing system.
To access Moodle, log into MyCochise and click the Moodle link located on the MyClasses page. If you receive an “invalid log-in” error, complete and submit the “invalid log-in” form.
Courses are available 24 hours prior to the start of each term.

Instructional Methods
Classes are offered in a traditional classroom setting that meets physically. Students are required to attend regular face-to-face sessions.
Listed in the schedule as Face-to-Face (F2F)
Will students meet on campus? Yes
Classes are offered by an instructor in real-time, in-person and delivered through a web conferencing system. All students are required to be physically present and logged in via a computer with a webcam and microphone and actively participate in class activities during scheduled class times.
Listed in the schedule as Livestream Anywhere (LSA) (LS)
Will students meet on campus? No, all classes will be in a virtual environment. However, you will be required to be logged in virtually and physically present in class during class times.
Classes combine any two of the other methods in approximately equal proportions. Requirements for the meeting will match the livestream or Face-2-Face description in addition to the online requirements.

Will students meet on campus? Maybe, depending on the specific class.
Classes are offered online with reading, homework and assignments being provided throughout the week. Students are not required to attend scheduled class times. Online classes may also require a proctored examination.

Will students meet on campus? No, all classes will be in a virtual environment. However, you may need to come onto campus for a proctored exam.
Classes are offered by an instructor in a traditional classroom setting in-person and are simultaneously delivered through a web conferencing system which will be recorded. Students may choose whether to attend class in-person, livestream logged in via a computer OR watch the recorded session at a later time online. Students are responsible for all assignments due throughout the week.

Will students meet on campus? Maybe, depending on what method the student chooses. A student could attend class in-person one week, livestream the next and online the third week, whatever method they prefer.

Please Note: Federal laws require all first-time students of Cochise College to take mandatory Title IX training and pass the post-test with a 75% or higher score. Students who do not complete the training will not be able to register for courses. The training can be found on the Title IX page under resources.

The Arizona State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) Council has jurisdiction over AZ SARA approved institutions regarding non-instructional complaints for distance education students.
